1. Definitions and parties

In these terms:

• "the Company", "we" or "us" means Zuture Enterprise Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 203 Zion Z1, Near Avalon Hotel, Sindhubhavan Marg, Ahmedabad 380054.
• "Zuture" means the intelligent air treatment system developed by the Company, including the Z‑ACTIVE and Z‑PURE editions.
• "this site" means zuture.co and any of its subdomains.
• "you" means any person who visits this site or submits a reservation enquiry through it.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

3. The product is in development

Zuture is a pre-production system. Everything described on this site reflects our current design intent and is subject to change without notice.

• No performance figure on this site is a measured or certified result. Airflow, coverage, noise, dimensions, efficiency and certification are still being validated.
• Product names, specifications, filtration stages, materials, appearance and availability may change before launch, or may not be released at all.
• Images on this site are of prototype units and renders. Production hardware may differ.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee that any product will be made available.

4. Reservations

A reservation is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase and it is not binding on either of us.

• No payment is taken at the point of reservation, and we will never ask for card or bank details on this site.
• A reservation does not reserve stock, fix a price, or guarantee a delivery date.
• We may decline, cancel or limit reservations at our discretion, including where a territory is not yet served.
• You may withdraw your reservation at any time by emailing info@zuture.co.
• Any pricing, lead time or specification we send you later is indicative until confirmed in a written order.

5. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a reservation. This site is intended for users in India; we make no representation that it is appropriate elsewhere.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, scrape, mirror or republish any part of this site, including its images, renders, text, layout or code.
• Use automated systems to access the site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive, any aspect of our designs, technology or methods from material published here.
• Submit false information, or another person's details, through any form on this site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photographs, renders, product designs, text, trade marks, the Zuture name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by Zuture Enterprise Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.

You are given permission to view this site. No other licence is granted. In particular, the product photography and renders on this site may not be downloaded, reproduced, redistributed or used in any medium without our prior written permission.

Our patent coverage includes demand-controlled ventilation architecture, intelligent air-intake decision logic, and system-level thermal comfort optimisation. Publication on this site does not grant any licence under those rights.

8. No warranty

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The air quality information on this site is general educational material drawn from published sources. It is not medical, environmental or engineering advice and must not be relied on as such.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on any information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.

Before starting any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
